Senior Indirect Education Developer– L’Oréal Professionel – PPD (National role – with regular travel across the UK)

You will
- Work in partnership with distributors, freelance stylists to ensure the development of the business through the effective use of highly innovative and effective products.
- Through the strong leadership ensure that the stylists and distributors across the UK have the appropriate education plans and opportunities in place.
- Develop, execute, manage and monitor successful education strategies of the education team within all levels of the education offering: in-store demonstrations and formal Access based courses to ensure that stylist education needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Identify and address the training and development needs of our distributor partners, putting in place clear plans to for everyone in order to deliver the overall education goals.
- Through regular field visits with the indirect commercial team, you will ensure you deliver customer service at the highest level, sharing the brand messages appropriately to inspire our distributor partners.
- Work towards targets for online course occupancy within all L’Oréal education activities.
- Work closely with the education managers and indirect Commercial Managers to ensure that the education plan supports the commercial objectives of the business
- Work with the Education Management Team to develop and grow the visions and strategies of L’Oréal Professionnel.
- Work with Education Director regarding managing the education budget.
- Be digital first on you approach to education working to secure a full digital offering to all distributor partners.
- Working on scaling the store specialist program ensuring all store team are educator and informed to the highest level.
- Work closely with indirect marketing manager to ensure all materials are technically correct and delivering brand priorities to our stylists.
- Have an aptitude for social maximising all social reach for our distributor and running social lives.
- Be responsible for the continued maximization of our relationship of our trade body partner FHA.
You have
- NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing
- Education competence
- Previous experience of delivering education within an indirect environment.
- A passion for inspiring others to maximise their performance through L’Oréal Professionnel education.
- Proven organisational skills that allow you to use your time effectively and productively.
- Excellent communication
- Confidence in leading education and strong presentation skills.
- A full driving license – and be willing to travel widely as part of the role
- The ability to work flexibly as you will be required to stay away from home on occasions.
- Experience and skill in developing strong sustainable business relationships
- Experience working with key distributor partners and colleges across the UKI.
- IT literate
- Ability to work using own autonomy and driven to achieve results
