Loro Piana, is a leader in manufacturing and distribution of the finest quality textiles, ready to wear, accessories and custom made garments. We are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates to ensure the ultimate client experience by providing sales and operational administration and support to the Management and Sales Team.

Responsibilities

 Provide exceptional customer service by supporting the sales team in maintaining client correspondence by email, phone calls or letters

 Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge to enhance and improve the quality of the sale

 Respond to client inquires and / or provide updates on order status and delivery arrangement

 Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update clientele book

 Participate in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store

 Comply with all loss prevention procedures to ensure integrity of inventory

Skills and abilities required

 Commitment and strong drive to provide exceptional customer service

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Fluent in conversational Mandarin

 Strong interpersonal skills

 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

 Strong sense of aesthetics and an interest in fashion and sales.

 Basic knowledge of computers: Microsoft Word and Outlook

Education and Experience Required

 Minimum 1 year within a selling environment.

 Bachelor’s degree preferred
