We are searching for highly qualified and experienced applicants to join our team in providing rapid in-person assistance to individuals experiencing an immediate/server mental health crisis. The Lotus Crisis Response Team provides rapid in person support to clients within their homes, in the community, as well as residential treatment facilities. Our teams provide clients and families with,
– Immediate In-Person Support
– De-escalation and Conflict Resolution
– Crisis Prevention Plans
– Establishment of Long-Term Support
– Developing Parenting Plans
Applicants must perform well and effectively communicate in high stress/time sensitive situations. Strong verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution skills are required for this position.
Valid NVCI, First Aid/CPR, Vulnerable Sector Check, and a degree relevant to the felid are required.
