Tasks & Responsibilities

• Actively participate in engaging weekly training and development streams via Zoom.
• Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your working hours and locations (as an independent agent, you have the opportunity to work in various regions around the world at your preferred schedule).
• Learn effective lead generation techniques through social media platforms (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Conduct structured interviews with candidates and expertly guide them through the process (training and scripts will be provided).
• Conveniently complete all tasks using your laptop and phone (100% work-from-anywhere opportunity).
