Lowes Pro Supply Hiring for Director of Regional Operations at Remote Full Time

The Director of Regional Operations must possess strong customer service skills and a good working knowledge of all warehouse operations including the necessary management skills to hire, train, assess, lead and motivate General Managers. Maintain policies, processes and initiatives and ensure they are being followed at the branches in their region. Recognize KPIs that need to be addressed.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and ensure our customers receive the high level of customer service we require from all levels of the team.
• Hire, train, assess, lead and motivate up to +/-10 General Managers.
• Promote the company’s safety programs.
• Strong communication skills with local staff regarding new polices and/or procedures.
• Communicate with General Managers regarding challenges so assistance can be provided promptly.
• Monitor KPI’s for branches and provide recommendations on improving or changing based on the business needs.
• Travel to each of their branches 3 times a year to go over KPIs, safety, moral and make sure all procedures / policies are being followed.
• Assist with branch openings, moves, physical inventories and reset projects.
• Schedule support when a General Manager position is vacant.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree preferred, however work experience and demonstrated ability may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 5+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution management.
• Background in MRO sales or B2B sales with Property Management is strongly preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company requirements for insurance and driver safety record.
• Customer service focused.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Successful passing of pre-employment drug screen, background screen and driving record.
• Manage through one or more managerial levels, i.e. manage other managers or supervisor.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
