We are looking for a superstar leader to support our Relay/Hub store in Auckland Airport Terminal.

This is a faced paced, varied and hands-on role with a strong focus on customer service and people management. As our new Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all the aspects of our Relay/Hub stores at Auckland Airport. You will be strategically minded, lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled.

We are looking for a leader who will:

• Provide a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador
• Manage the stores effectively and efficiently
• Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
• Demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment

To be successful you will have:

• Demonstrate solid retail operational experience and people management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication
• Good understanding of business dynamics
• Nurturing and hands on approach
• Strong motivator/experience in coaching and developing team members
• Ability to think on your feet with a real sense of urgency
