Responsibilities include:
Working knowledge of the Dodd Frank Act and MiFID II as it relates to SEFs and MTFs respectively.
Provide expertise, support and guidance globally for RM, Sales and clients regarding SEF, MTF and off venue related issues and onboarding processes and procedures. This includes both email and verbal correspondence as well as client conference calls.
Operational set-up of clients on our regulatory platforms.
Modifying the regulatory settings for all of our FX trading platforms including storage of correspondence and documentation related to onboarding for CFTC and FCA Regulators.
Verifying data provided by clients for accuracy.
Manage and monitor the regulatory email mailboxes and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
Give input into enhancements related to our CRM system where it relates to regulatory record-keeping.
Provide support to Compliance and Proposition by providing data for regulatory requests.
