INFORMATION SERVICES – DATA ENTRY CLERK

Role Purpose Statement

Position responsible for inputting customer’s data accurately into the CBase/Link systems in a timely manner. Provide production and packing reports to operations.

Main Accountabilities of Data Entry – Information Services Clerk position:

• Responsible for creating reports utilizing internal application systems
• Ability to comprehend Menu and Flight Galley specifications
• Perform meal ordering, counts/upcounts, flight information and revisions
• Make flight catering status comparisons
• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support
• Recieve crew desk communications regarding necessary crew meals
• Produce flight paperwork
• Perform clerical duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience for Data Entry

• 1-2 years experience in data managment
• Must have strong computer skills to include MS Office products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends – 24/7 Operation
• Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
• Ability to work independently, without close supervision while being a team member
