The Role

As a Data Analyst with Lumen, you will be responsible to help sales drive more revenue by identifying the most cost and technically effective off net solutions for new opportunities

The Main Responsibilities

Engage sales account teams and identify the lowest cost and best technical off net solutions for new opportunities.

Support large, complex customer deals and request for pricing (RFPs) by architecting comprehensive and highly competitive off net solutions

Analyze metrics such as win/take rate, margin, quoting turnaround time, and overall team performance

Analyze the buying trends of the customer base and the offerings provided by other vendors

Become subject matter expert on the domestic and international access market and pricing for wavelengths, Ethernet, and TDM

Monitor the continuity for internal systems, processes, tools, and resources for creating pricing solutions.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Possess operational experience in telecommunications (Provisioning, Planning, Marketing, Project

Management, Account Management or Contract Management) will be an advantage

• Gain some experience in interpreting terms and conditions of purchase agreements and LEC tariffs, and

use that knowledge to solve problems and create opportunities

• Ability to build strong cross-departmental business relationships
• Experience in managing and prioritize multiple projects and issues at the same time
• Understanding of local access cost elements
• Proficient communication skills (oral and written)
• Customer service focus
