The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Dental Receptionist to join our team based in Duncraig. Working with a supportive team, you will be the face of the practice, providing administration assistance to our highly skilled clinicians.

About the Role

• Welcoming patients into the surgery
• Answering telephone calls & enquiries
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Entering patient data into practice database
• Processing accounts and payments
• General administration duties
• Ensuring excellent diary management

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes and skills:

• Experience in a Receptionists role or Administration.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality
• Exceptional diary management
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and work within a team
• Initiative, time management & flexibility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
