The Role

At Lumino Remuera Dental Centre, we have a rare Full Time opportunity for a Receptionist to join our close-knit team. This is a busy practice with highly trained, experienced clinicians who focus on providing the highest standard of care to our patients.

As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that our patients see when they enter our doors and the voice they hear when they call our practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our clinicians as well as patient recalls, payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.

The hours for the role are :

• Monday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
• Tuesday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
• Wednesday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
• Thursday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
• Friday: 7:45am – 4:15pm

Located in the heart of Remuera on the busy Remuera road, this is a great location, with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops at the doorstep.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Ideally previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk
• A warm, engaging and approachable nature.
• Strong work ethic – meticulous in your work habits, and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfort multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
• The ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
