Lumino The Dentists Hiring for Receptionist Job at Canterbury Full Time

• ASAP Start, fixed term until 3rd of August 2022

• Monday to Wednesday role, Part Time hours

The Role

Lumino Shirley is looking for a fixed term Receptionist to support the team. The fixed term role is valid until the 3rd of August but could be extended.

As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that our patients see when they enter our doors and the voice they hear when they call our practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists and hygienists as well as patient recalls, payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.

• Monday: 8:45 am – 5:15 pm
• Tuesday: 7:45 am – 8:15 pm
• Wednesday: 2:00pm – 8:15 pm

The Location

Lumino Shirley is located on 13 Marshland Road, just across from the Palms Shopping Mall.

A convenient location with plenty of free parking on site.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk.
• A warm, engaging and approachable nature.
• Strong work ethic – meticulous in your work habits, and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfort multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
• The ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
