Lumino The Dentists Looking for Receptionist/Dental Assistant at New Zealand Full Time

Maven Dental Brunswick is a charming 3 chair dental practice located 5kms north of Melbourne’s CBD in the lively suburb of Brunswick. Our practice has been providing exceptional dental care to our local community for over 20 years. Our practice is also part of the Maven Dental Group, which provides patient care through a network of 100 dental practices across Australia and employs more than 1450 people.

Our practice would like to welcome an experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to our growing family. The successful candidate will join our friendly team on a full-time basis.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing

• Provide exceptional patient care and assist our Clinicians in the treatment rooms
• Record treatment information in electronic patient records;
• Process digital dental x-rays;
• Assisting experienced clinicians performing a range of general and complex treatments, meaning no two days are the same
• Provide postoperative instructions as directed by the Clinicians
• Maintain infection control and sterilisation standards at all times;
• Maintain all equipment and helping the team with stock control;
• Reception duties when required
• You will have an opportunity for a full day off a fortnight whilst employed full time
• Participate in the planning + treatment presentation and follow-up for patient care;

What we are looking for in YOU!

• A passion for the dental industry and exceptional patient care;
• Previous experience in a dental assistant/receptionist role essential;
• Prior experience using OASIS software desirable;
• Lots of empathy and a patient-centric approach;
• A positive attitude and the ability to show initiative;
• An ability to handle pressure and multi-task; And
• A warm & friendly personality with the ability to build relationships easily;
