Job Title: Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented travel coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements for our employees, including flights, accommodations, rental cars, and travel logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for all employees, including flights, accommodations, and rental cars
• Book and manage travel logistics, such as airport transfers and travel insurance
• Ensure all travel bookings are within budget and adhere to company policies
• Research and evaluate travel options to optimize costs and efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel records and reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees to ensure a seamless travel experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Or Google Docs, Sheets Etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
