LUMO Digital Outdoor Looking for Senior Marketing Executive at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

LUMO is New Zealand’s leading digital out-of-home (DOOH) network and is committed to establishing higher standards in innovation, accountability, transparency and digital creativity across the out-of-home sector.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in executing and implementing tactical marketing activity including sales collateral (decks, promotional pieces, insights reports), content production (media releases, website updates, case studies, etc), digital platform discourse (paid and owned) and coordinating events.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Assist in delivering our Market Engagement strategy that will enhance and grow the reputation, profile and status of the LUMO brand in both the NZ and other key overseas markets.
• Deliver on agreed long-term and tactical activity that raises LUMO’s brand proposition directly across the broader marketing sector.
• Help manage and deliver a planned media release schedule and liaise directly with our contracted PR consultant in the drafting of releases and op-eds as required.
• Manage trade, social media platforms and our partners’ channels to regularly inform and excite the market about LUMO’s innovations, product launches, news, insights, people and key milestones.
• Monitor marketing channel metrics to gauge the effectiveness of our content, making recommendations for improved engagement and reach.
• Work with Sales to maintain customer information database and engagement, including CRM updates, access to proprietary tools and network information.
• Maintain and update LUMO’s website regularly to ensure content remains relevant to the visitor’s information requirements, and that lead generation pathways are optimised effectively.
• Provide hands-on support to the sales team when hosting clients and other partners as required.
• Liaise closely with the wider team and other sources to provide a regular report that summarises key findings and developments of the DOOH market both here and in developed markets.
• Build and optimise LUMO’s online presence and maximise all advertising investments we may make including , but not restricted to trade features, sponsorships, AdWords, Linked In etc.
• Work with our sales and commercial teams to manage and maintain our presentation decks, sales documentation, market updates and commercial documentation and ensure they always follow our brand guidelines.
• Help prepare new decks in conjunction with our graphic designer as required by the wider LUMO team.
• Assist sales with photography and/or videography contractors, as may be required from time to time.
• Manage all marketing collateral including business cards, banners, signs, promotional goods and the like as may be required from time to time.
• Help organise our event calendar and keep our team informed and updated with opportunities to engage.
• Work with partner organisations to ensure mutual benefits are realised from sponsorship arrangements.

Experience

• 2-3 years in relevant roles or the delivery of marketing-led projects.
• Demonstrates analytical, communication, time-management and a creative mindset.

• Familiarity of Website Content Management Systems (webflow, wordpress).
• Competent in the management and capabilities of social media and digital platforms (specifically LinkedIn and Instagram).
• Ideally, the candidate will have past experience using Adobe Suite and Canva.
