Lumon Canada is looking for an energetic and positive receptionist as a team member – could it be you? As the heart of the support team, you will work alongside eight salespeople and assist them in an administrative capacity. You are organized and professional, and you’ll keep the office running smoothly. You enjoy talking on the phone and can speak with customers comfortably, taking down their information and booking appointments on behalf of the sales team. You’ll also coordinate home shows, open houses, and other events. Above all, you’re eager to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding sunroom and balcony glazing company.
Responsibilities ✨
Welcome customers to the showroom
Answer incoming phone calls with cheerfulness and professionalism
Help coordinate home shows, open houses, and other events
Allocate leads and book appointments for the sales team
Monitor the live chat on the website (after company and product training)
Keep a tidy workspace
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Keep Kitchen clean, maintained and organized
Keep Showroom clean and organized
Build relationships with external vendors and industry organizers
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

This is a part-time position with competitive compensation, ability to grow into a full time position, and the opportunity to be a part of a close-knit team. Additionally, as a rapidly growing company that values its employees and desires to provide a learning atmosphere, Lumon offers plenty of room for professional growth and development. Previous people in this role have been promoted within the company to positions in finance, HR, sales, and technical support.
You will be reporting to our Regional Manager and working out of the showroom from 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Some Saturdays may be required in the case of special events.
