Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Factory Manager. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring quality control measures are in place and adhered to, production planning, and production management. This is an on-site role located in Auckland.

• Quality Control and Operations Management skills
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the timber or furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
