Role Expectations

Passionate, Supportive, Driver; Supervisors are the face of our brand and champions of customer service. Our staff are the heart of our business and communication is key to running a successful store. We are looking for someone with high energy and heaps of enthusiasm to lead from the front and inspire our team. You need to be a confident individual who thrives in a face paced environment with the ability to be aware of your shop floor at all times by observing and listening to consultations taking place. We are looking for someone to support the management team in driving sales and developing our team by identifying and acting on learning opportunities. In this role you would be expected to contribute to the vision of our shop by supporting the management team with top box goals and develop your own skills to effectively manage a business such as rotas, ordering, recruitment and performance management.
