A Retail Operations Coordinator works with our staff and customers to ensure high levels of service via phone, emails, and in person. The role will consist of working with our staff to ensure we are doing all we can following best practice guidelines and working closely with the Senior Management team to make certain that store standards and procedures are upheld. You will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries, such as Spa and Party bookings, via phone, email, or on the shop floor at an exemplary level. This role will allow you to build strong relationships across all teams within the store, as well as the opportunity to get to know a variety of external teams across the wider business, including People Experience, Payroll, and Customer Care.

Previous experience with scheduling in a large team, working in the reception team, or having retail experience is desired for this role but not a requirement.
