LUSH Cosmetics Hiring for Sales Assistant (Part-time) Dunedin Job at Dunedin Full Time

We are looking for our next LUSH Superstar!

The role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Our customers come from all walks of life so you’re always meeting someone new! This is a part-time role for a minimum of 14 hours per week, with availability weekdays and one weekend day.

Lush provides thorough development and training for staff, you will be part of a team of passionate brand ambassadors, where your maion focus is to create great experience for customers coming into Lush!

LUSH Dunedin is a supportive, tight knit team that focuses on maintaining an welcoming, fun atmosphere for both customers and staff. We are looking for candidates who are great at building conversations and rapport, and are passionate about sharing our ethics and values to our customers. The ideal candidate is someone who is a fast learner and driven to develop themselves.

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.
• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.
• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.
• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.
• Stock management including efficiently and safely transporting stock from store rooms to shop floor.
• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed – we work as a team!
