Lush Dublin Grafton Street is looking for our next Permanent Trainee Manager!

We’re looking for a creative, adaptable, business-minded & team focused Trainee Manager to support the Grafton Street store in reaching pre pandemic sales, and to the future success of retail in the Republic of Ireland.

A passion for business building and strong feedback skills are a must as you will be responsible for spotting opportunities on a daily basis as well as building strategies to drive the business forward and increase sales.

We need you to be:

A supportive leader, working closely with the Store Manager to execute the vision for the store.

A manager with a can-do attitude.

A strong collaborator with the wider business and support roles.

An excellent communicator that thrives in a fast paced environment, working efficiently and effectively on a busy dual entrance shop floor.

Passionate about giving feedback to all members of the team to grow and develop the business.

A confident networker who is always looking for opportunities to expand our community across Ireland.

Our beautiful store is located in the heart of one of the busiest shopping districts in Ireland. We value providing our customers with high quality customer experience, with a focus on our fantastic luxury cosmetics. We love informing customers about our LUSH spas in the UK, and are delighted to be able to provide them with products that can emulate that experience. Our store underwent a makeover this year, and we are proud that Grafton’s interior design is the only store in Ireland with this design concept, providing a wonderful backdrop for our busy sales days.

Pre covid Dublin Grafton Street had a whopping turnover of €1.9M. Our small shop and high turnover means we finished the last year 12.9%

This position is 40 hours per week and candidates should have full availability, 7 days per week.
