LUSH Cosmetics Hiring for Warehouse Operative at Poole Full Time

The team picks, packs & guarantees all orders are fulfilled. You will be working at speed & with accuracy maintaining strict deadlines, ensuring planning & preparation is a focal point enabling the smooth day to day running of the warehouse.

The Job Role:

Working as a warehouse operative in our busy hub you can expect to be:

• Picking orders for UK/European retail shops

• Bulk pick for worldwide distribution hubs

• Use handheld scanners to pick

• Stock rotate as and when needed

• Pack/wrap pallets ready for distribution

Who we are looking for:

Hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who possess a variety of skills which include:

• Good communication skills

• Able to work as part of a team

• Be organised & time efficient

• Self–motivated and able to use your own initiative

• Flexibility with working hours

• Be focused with a proactive attitude

• Walking & standing a minimum of 7 hours per shift

• Warehouse experience preferred but not essential

• Forklift experience is useful although not essential
