LUSH Cosmetics Looking for LUSH BROMLEY Sales Assistant(10-15hour contract) at The Glades, NB Full Time

Monday – Saturday 9am-7pm

Sunday 11am-5pm

** Shifts start 30mins-2hrs before/after trading times to help set up the shop, clean and stock, as well as supporting our weekly deliveries and parties **

Our team of Sales Assistants are at the forefront of our business, creating excellent experiences for all of our customers in every moment. Sales Assistants bring a positive, upbeat energy to the shop floor, always connecting with our customers and giving them tours of all our fantastic products. With in-depth knowledge of our products and ingredients, Sales Assistants share relevant information while representing our Lush ethics and values. Lush Sales Assistants work hard and have fun, while demonstrating our products and creating an exciting, engaging atmosphere!

As part of being the team at LUSH, we will need you to have availability to to help run our incredible LUSH parties. These are usually on the weekends before/after closing hours inside the shop. Our ideal candidate will be able to bring the energy for both the shop floor and parties.

On a 10 hour contract, you will be expected to work two 5hr shifts a week with occasional opportunity for overtime within your availability.

• Excited to contribute to the vision of our store by showcasing excellent customer experience skills and becoming a brand ambassador.
• A team player that is confident approaching our visitors and getting hands on with tactile demo’s. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable taking direction from your management team and peers and be receptive to feedback on the shop floor.
• Have a passion for leaving the world a Lusher place; be eager to learn about our brand values and share this knowledge with our visitors
• At least 3 full days availability for 10hr 4 full days of availability for 15hr contract, including at least one weekend days, we are preferably looking for support on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun
• Full Day Availability: you are flexible and available to work any time we might need on the day.
