Summary:
Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of residents, staff, visitors, telephone calls and messages, as well as, a variety of secretarial duties that support departmental management.
Essentials Responsibilities:
· Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate party after screening process
· Greet visitors and direct visitors
· Provide secretarial support to all departments
· Prepare outgoing mail
· Maintain and distribute extension and phone list
· Maintain a neat/clean lobby area for safety
· Adhere to established safety procedures
· Assist staff and residents in emergency situations
· Attend in-services as required
· Provide excellent customer service at all times
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High school or equivalent
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to respond in a busy work environment
· Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
· Must be able to use office equipment and supplies
· Ability to communicate in English effectively
· Detail orientated
· Must follow the facilities and the organizations policies and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour
