As a member of the Marketing Team, this position will play a crucial role in developing written content for various campaigns as needed in collaboration with the content creation team, other marketing team members and the VP. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day written content needed as well as provide copyediting and proofreading to the team as needed.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Product & Content, this position will collaborate across the marketing team and internal departments to develop, ideate, strategize and create compelling written campaigns that drive interest, brand awareness and ultimately conversions.
Essential Functions:
Generate ideas.
Generate content planning, strategy and scheduling as needed.
Conduct interviews and research.
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
Create original content, with
Adhere to the brand’s style guide and content requirements.
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
Create content that leads to increased sales or online traffic.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company and its products and services.
Understand the needs of the company’s primary audience
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Compensation:

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
Certificate or degree in a writing related field including, but not limited to, Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, History, or Philosophy.
Exceptional verbal, written and editing English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress/Hubspot).
Multi-tasking capabilities and work effectively under deadlines .
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role,
Portfolio of published or ghost-written articles.
Experience doing research using multiple sources.
Sets high standards of performance for self, assuming responsibility and accountability.
Experience with luxury travel, wealth management or high-net worth individuals.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience writing content for a commercial audience.
