We are looking for talents with passion and drive to support our boutiques. This opportunity will provide you with insights into the luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of the day-to-day management of a Dior Boutique. You will receive coaching and guidance to develop the highest standards of customer service, product training and the opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your sales skills in a luxury environment.

Selected candidates will join us as retail intern with flexible hours. This would be a plus to apply for a full-time internship in the future in Store or in Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Maison Dior and strive to always provide a beyond expectations experience to our clients
• As a retail intern you will be a strong support for the Boutique Day to Day operations
• Assist the team on the floor to ensure a welcoming client focused environment
• Host and engage clients to provide the highest level of customer service
• Assist in the daily operations of the store
• Stock take organization and results – to propose ideas to improve process
• Any other job scopes to be assigned by immediate reporting manager

Profil

Education & Professional Qualifications

Work Experience 

• Previous relevant internship experience ideally in the luxury retail industry
• Experience in retail environment will be advantageous

Other requirements

• Good communication skills
• Great team player and ability to motivate people
• IT savvy and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Candidate must be able to commit at least 2 days of work in a single week, and be opened to work non-traditional office hours (e.g. afternoon/night shifts and weekends)
• Timeline-oriented, well-organized and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal skillsStrong fashion sense
