End to End Recruitment and Talent Pipelining

• Providing professional and tailored end to end recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain top talent in the market for both retail and all office roles, to achieve store network openings goals within timeline
• Managing talent pipelines and build strong candidate community networks
• Managing the internal application process according to internal mobility guidelines
• Reporting monthly on key metrics e.g referrals, source of candidates,
• Create a candidate experience that represents the brand experience

Employer Branding

• Build the internal and external employer brand story through internal engagements, external brand building, and championing employees as ambassadors for talent attraction
• Working with HR Manager to execute the annual engagement, recognition, and team building calendar
• Build online, and offline brand through strong content, authentic stories, and relevant brand moments

Profil

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Min 3 years of recruitment experience in an agency or inhouse
• Proven track record of delivering on time, with strong level of quality in execution
• Self-starter, able to mine through different channels to find the best result, and a trusted partner for hiring managers.
• Retail experience is a plus, retail passion is a must!
• Exposure to multiple markets within South East Asia also a plus
