Lyneer Staffing Solutions Hiring for Data Entry Clerk at Marlborough, MA Full Time

Our client, an international distributor of fasteners, electronic hardware & components is looking for a Data Entry Clerk in Marlborough, MA to join their team. You will be scanning, naming and locating all product support documentation to the appropriate server and folder. You must be vaccinated.

Your Day:

• Scan, name and locate all product support documentation to the appropriate server and folder
• Review, name and move all scanned documents from other company locations as required to the appropriate server and folder
• Place customer drawings on the appropriate server and folde
• Interact with other departments and employees within the company as necessary
• Maintain hard copy files as required

About You:

• Must be computer literate
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be flexible and able to multitask
• Must be able to prioritize and manage time well
• Must get to work at the scheduled time and be ready to work

Pay Rate and Shift:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $18.00

Job Type: Full-time
