About the role
This role requires a high level of initiative, diplomacy, and excellent communication skills in dealing with all staff and external parties.
Key duties will include diary and schedule management, supporting other EA functions and managing events, travel arrangements and general administration.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience supporting senior executives. As an all-rounder you will thrive on planning, organising, meeting deadlines and juggling multiple priorities and have a flexible and autonomous approach to your work.
You will have Excel and PowerPoint skills along with outstanding customer service, relationship building, written and verbal communication capabilities. Resilience and adaptability are critical as you will be dealing with high level work as well as the pressure that comes with that.
