We are seeking a Sales Support Order Entry individual for our indigenous warehouse department. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision paid holidays, vacation and 401k. We also offer to all full-time hourly employees a perfect attendance bonus monthly of $200.00.
Overview – maintain daily operations for export and burl warehouse departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a current and correct filing system for: containers loaded, domestic orders of exported goods, burl shipments (domestic and export) and open contract books
- Coordinate container loading and forward paperwork to the Traffic, Inventory and Invoicing Departments
- Assist with telephone inquiries
- Order and maintain supplies for the office and warehouse
- Recordkeeping on employee attendance
- Prepare sales contracts at time of customer’s visit
- Prepare customer showing files with correct prints and inventory costs
- Assist in maintaining the conference room
- Assist sales representatives with paperwork as needed
- Provide a courteous manner to everyone
- Operate the computer grading stations as needed in warehouse
- Function as a secretary for the Export Manager and Export Assistant Manager as needed
Successful candidates will have:
- High School Diploma
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL A MUST
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- ERP system knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
