We are hiring for the position of customer service representative.

M&R Label is a pressure sensitive label manufacturing company. We’ve been making labels for more than 30 years and while we continue to expand and grow we are still a small, family oriented business where every employee is valued and appreciated.

Customer service is responsible for assisting our customers with a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to processing purchase orders, quoting product price and delivery, tracking shipments, responding to emails in a quick and timely fashion, monitoring inventory reports, helping with special projects and much more.

Qualifications

• Skillful in Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent typing skills
• Pays attention to detail
• Experience in communication and customer service skills
• Experience in printing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
