Macdonald & Company Hiring For Lead, Enterprise Workplace Solutions at Singapore Full Time

My client is a well established real estate developer with assets and developments regionally. 
To strengthen their real estate business, my client’s goal is to hire a Lead of Enterprise Workplace Solutions with an entrepeunerial spirit to be part of their new commercial unit! 

As a Key function of the business, you will develop a suite of solutions and roadmap for your business unit – Enterprise Workplace Solutions. 
Armed with excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles, You will design solutions around facilitating the work of enterprises to ensure their needs are met in the workplace. 

An astute communicator, you will effectively communicate and cast your team’s vision to obtain the buy-in of both internal and external stake holders locally and regionally. 
Working closely with key functions such as Business Development/Investment, Asset Management teams, you will partner them to create solutioning strategies for the business. 

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in Real Estate (Commercial) Industry 
• Preferably with degree of building technical expertise
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Ability to think strategically and comfortable with financial figures 
• Ability to think strategically and comfortable with financial figures
• Team player and self starter, who is able to prioritise effectively.
