Our Software Engineers operate in an Agile, autonomous environment where they are empowered to continuously learn, becoming masters of their craft. Joining our team, you’ll collaborate on projects spanning architecture, development, testing and delivery in iterative cycles.

You may work across Modern Java, Containers, Cloud Platforms, DevOps, Microservices, APIs, SQL and NoSQL Databases, Event Streaming, Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery or Site Reliability Engineering.

How Tech Select works

Tech Select is purpose built for technologists in the early stages of their career. You’ll join a cohort of professionals who are passionate about accelerating the digital enterprise.

You’ll embark on a 12-month development and mentoring program across your choice of technology disciplines. Whatever you’re looking for, Tech Select is customised for you, by you.

You’ll have the choice of the following tech fields to rotate through:

• Software Engineering
• Cloud and Platform Engineering
• Cyber Security
• Data and Business Analytics
• UX/UI – Experience Design
• Customer/Tech Support
