MacroAsia SATS Inflight Services Corporation Hiring for Food Checker at Remote Full Time

Job Summary:

The Food Checker validates the number of meals including special meal requests issued by production versus the Catering Service Delivery Order. Ensures that all meals requirement complies with the customer airline’s loading standards, HACCP principles, and MSIS work procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of four-year course in Microbiology, Food Technology or related courses
• This is an entry-level position
• Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience.
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• Above average written and oral communication

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Double checks the number of meals including special meal requests issued by production versus the CSDO.

2. Coordinates with the catering coordinator regarding changes on the number of passenger load reflected on the MSF/FSMS.

3. Double checks the meals per flight based on the food service scheduled and the CSDO.

4. Coordinates with production release personnel regarding discrepancies during the actual checking of meals.

5. Ensures that meal counting is within the time frame and in accordance with OTP.

6. Ensures to endorse the CSDO to the service representative in complete detail.

7. Ensures that no meals will be reported left-behind during flight servicing.

8. Updates self on changes and/or revisions in loading standards/guides.

9. Ensures the proper handling of company’s and customer’s equipment at all times.

10. Ensures that meal temperatures are reflected on the CSDO and comply with the standards set by the quality assurance department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month
