About the Role

This role encompasses a diverse set of duties – from smashing avocados to prepare our fresh guacamole, to grilling our succulent chicken that has been marinated in authentic spices, to rolling our famous burritos for our Amigos. You will learn to do all that and a lot more.

We are looking for part time staff to join our team, anywhere from 8 – 30+ hours are available rostered between Monday & Saturday and our busy trading times are over the lunch period and we would require some weekday lunchtime availability. We are able to work around other commitments such as university studies, evening work or children at school as an example. For the right person this could become full time and/or develop into a supervisor role. .

About You

We are looking for friendly & outgoing people, who are full of energy and love to engage with our Amigos. You need to have a strong work ethic and be committed to delivering excellent customer service and presenting food with love. It can be a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be able to work efficiently and handle a bit of pressure. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage and the right attitude is essential.

You must have solid communication skills, have the ability to converse with a wide range of people, be able to understand recipes and follow direction and have a willingness to learn. Above all of this, is your passion for everything Mexican and the desire to have fun at work!
