About You

We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility. You are the ”Go to” person on shift so must have a sound knowledge of the day to day operations of the restaurant. Previous supervisor experience in hospitality or QSR is essential.

You must also have the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Other team members will look to you for guidance, so you must be able to lead by example. No shrinking violets – we want you to be bold and sassy!

About the Role

You will be expected to work in all service areas – food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. You will take charge during the shift and be responsible for staff supervision, ordering stock, banking and opening/closing the restaurant.
