The Role

We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys figuring things out, and takes ownership of getting things running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for tech support and internal system administration, especially when it comes to Salesforce.

We’re not looking for someone who knows everything — we’re looking for someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, and follows through. You’ll work closely with leadership, support a remote team, and help lay the foundation for strong, scalable internal IT systems.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide responsive, reliable internal tech support (hardware, access, software tools)
• Serve as internal Salesforce admin (user setup, permissions, basic config and automation)
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 tools as needed (primarily Teams and Outlook)
• Handle onboarding/offboarding from a systems and access standpoint
• Maintain and improve internal IT documentation
• Identify and help implement tools and processes that make things work better

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Great troubleshooting instincts and a figure-it-out mindset
• Clear communicator with a service-first approach to internal support
• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working remotely

Bonus Points

• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Experience working in a startup, agency, or consulting environment
• Interest in automation, systems design, or process improvement
• Known for being the “tech person” in any room — and enjoy it
