As a key member of the finance team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial information, actively contributing to the preparation of finance reports, and providing assistance to the Finance Manager.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to end management of line-item invoice processing, prepare month-end journals, manage balance sheets and cost allocation, reconciliation and collaborate with the Finance Manager to generate informative financial reports for stakeholders.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and processes with intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, and you will be confident navigating a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for improvement and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you!

To Be Successful In This Role

• Must have pre-existing working rights for New Zealand
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Accountant
