Office support Worker

Our company have an opportunity for full-time Office Support Worker in Tauranga Bay of Plenty. Having the ability to maintain confidentiality, keep calm and stay focused during busy periods, and be flexible, as sometimes working outside of normal hours is required. Your normal Working hours will be minimum of 30hours and maximum 40 hours from Monday through to Saturday (which include some public holidays).

Your key responsibilities will be:
Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages and provides general information; and maintains log of inquiries as required.
Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; may operate a personal computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, reports, and/or other materials; types and mails form letters.
Provide Administrative/clerical related assistance to Manager
Maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.
May order and stock of office supplies.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
