Position Summary:
Philanthropic matriarch with a busy lifestyle in River Oaks, a community centrally located in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Personal Administrative Assistant to provide support in all aspects of her life. The ideal candidate will be capable, educated, professional, resourceful, and demonstrate good judgement. The right candidate will pivot easily with changing priorities, display high emotional intelligence, and demonstrate superior communication skills. In addition, this professional will be exceptionally organized, confident and have a good sense of humor. This role also acts as a manager for household projects and is responsible for supporting additional members in the family office. A minimum of five years of similar or related experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is required.
Schedule:
The general schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. Additional weekend or evening hours may occasionally be needed with the ability to stay connected during off hours. Duties will be executed both from the principal’s home and the family office.
