Maico Audiological Services is looking for a full time Front Office Assistant to join our team in our Newport News location. We are seeking a team member with excellent customer service skills. The preferred candidate should have an enthusiastic, warm, friendly, yet professional demeanor. They should be dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greeting patients
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Data Entry of Electronic Medical Records
• Supporting Professional Staff

Preferred but not required: 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
