MAK Express, Inc. Hiring for FedEx Delivery Driver – up $1200 per week + Incentive at Silver Spring, MD Full Time

FedEx Independent Contractor looking for full time & part-time (weekend) delivery drivers for Gaithersburg, MD to start immediately. The operations runs 7 days a week but employees will be working for 5 to 6 days, so we need drivers who can work weekends. This is a large company. Endless opportunities here for serious drivers.

Seeking drivers with at least 1 year of commercial driving experience in the past 3 years to deliver FedEx packages to homes and businesses in Gaithersburg.

NO CDL REQUIRED!!

The areas we operate service a very densely populated location with very less miles to driver per day.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years (e.g., moving van, bus, Amazon, food delivery, pickups, Movers, UPS, DHL, Flower/bread routes, Amazon Flex, Lazorship, XPO, Other Delivery Trucks etc….) or 5 years of experience in the last 10 years.

• 21 years of age or older
• MUST be able to pass drug screening tests
• MUST be able to pass an extensive criminal background check
• Clean driving record (DUI, no moving violations / cell phone violations)
• Able to lift 70+ lbs. Be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck
• Available to work Sunday through Saturday (starting at 8:00 am)
• Be prepared and able to arrive for work when scheduled (unscheduled absences are not acceptable)
• Have good organizational and time management skills

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle
• Efficiently pack vehicle for deliveries
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
• Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner

Salary:

• Average $160 to $200 Per Day ($50,000 Plus Incentive / Bonus Annual Pay). Most employees make more since the pay is based on number of deliveries made, more deliveries = more pay.
• Plus, Weekly Bonus for working 6 days
• Plus, performance-based Holiday Bonus.’
