We have an open position for a full-time Data Entry Specialist. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The employee will interact with Customer Service, Management, Purchasing, Accounting, and Production.

• Fast paced department
• Business to Business Sales and Service

Responsibilities:

• Processing orders for both domestic and international customers
• Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
• Assisting customers with quotes and product information
• Collaborating with production to expedite critical orders
• Extensive computer work with minimal telephone calls

Requirements:

• Looking for a very detail-oriented person who enjoys multi-tasking and providing a high level of service to customers. Good communication and computer skills required. Knowledge of HVAC industry is not required. Extensive computer work with minimal phone calls.
