In this position you will be directing dorm activities and ensuring students have a great time at Job Corps. You will be patrolling and monitoring dormitories to ensure safety and proper behavior of our students; resolving potential or occurring problems as they arise. You will also get the chance to assist with recreational activities for students on and off center. You will need to be able to talk with students about how they are feeling and any issues or concerns they may have. It is a fun environment where everyday is just a little bit different.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and prefer one year’s experience working with youth. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
