About Nadrasca
Nadrasca is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee providing services to people with a disability and is a Registered NDIS Provider. Nadrasca’s Purpose is to Establish and Develop a Range of Services for People with a Disability. In accordance with the Constitution, Nadrasca provides services including, but not limited to, the areas of employment, independent living skill, community integration, education, leisure and recreation.

Nadrasca employs over 115 supported employees with a disability in Nadrasca Industry and supports over 200 people within Nadrasca Community. Nadrasca also provides Training Services for its participants. Nadrasca has approximately 170 full-time, part-time and casual staff.

The Position
The position of NDIS Business Development Manager is responsible for the growth of new NDIS customer acquisition.
The position will be guided by a comprehensive strategy to achieve NDIS sales targets and business growth and is responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, potential participants and NDIS partners to expand Nadrasca’s network and create opportunities for growth.
The NDIS Business Development Manager works in close collaboration with Nadrasca Community and Nadrasca Employment to promote and enhance Nadrasca’s sustainability and market viability.
Responsibilities:
The Key Responsibilities encompass tasks within three key areas:
A. Revenue Generation and Service Growth
• Develop a sales plan aligned with Nadrasca’s revenue budget, marketing direction and strategic plan.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline.
• Execute operational plans to expand Nadrasca’s reach and expand our market presence, leading to growth in our NDIS services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, needs and opportunities within the NDIS.
B. Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS participants, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, specialist schools and community organisations.
• Represent Nadrasca at expo’s, networking, and community events to generate referrals.
• Identify and coordinate internal events and initiatives to promote Nadrasca NDIS service such as guided tours, open days, and expos.
• Work with operational teams and participants to identify new opportunities to meet the evolving needs of NDIS participants.
C. Administration and compliance
• Develop standard processes to maximise role efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to share information, progress, and ideas.
• Prepare monthly reports as directed by the Executive Manager Strategy Innovation and Growth.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.

You will have:
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, business development and/ or account management.
• Experience in the disability sector and detailed knowledge of the NDIS.
• Current Full Victorian Driver’s Licence
• The successful applicant will be well-versed in NDIS pricing arrangements and have proven sales and business development skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks, manage own workload and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction and supervision, with proven ability to use initiative.
