Practice Education Facilitator
We are seeking a full time Practice Education Facilitator to join our Trust wide team to support the provision of high-quality learning environments for our pre-registration learners across Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced healthcare professional with a keen interest in education to join the Professional Education and Development Team as a Practice Education Facilitator.
The post holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality practice education across the trust through the delivery of new and existing key education work streams across MFT.
This is an exciting time to join our team and we are looking for a highly motivated practitioner with innovative and creative ideas to establish new ways of supporting learners and staff in the clinical learning environment.

As part of the role; you will support learners in practice from a wide variety of healthcare professions, ensuring that all learners receive an outstanding learning experience, which meets both quality assurance standards and measurable regulatory body requirements. You will work with clinical staff at all levels, enabling them to provide support and guidance to learners.
Interested candidates should have highly effective interpersonal skills including; the ability to work with a diverse team of professionals, able to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels and use own initiative. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to meet tight deadlines. Experience of supporting and assessing healthcare learners is essential. Candidates will have a professional qualification and valid registration appropriate to their specialty, alongside a degree.
