Manor Solutions Hiring for Entry Customer Service Representative at Dallas, TX Full Time

We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to be part of our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative , you will answer customer calls and emails daily and help resolve any questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $850- $1200 per week

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

• Experience working with customer support.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
