Position – Warehouse Associate

Location – Cote Vertu – (accessible by public transportation)

Salary – 20.00$/hr

Schedule – Monday to Friday, from 4:00 p.m. (or 5:00 p.m.) until 11:30 p.m.

Our client, a leader in international transportation, is looking for evening handlers for their warehouse, in Cote Vertu.

Main tasks:

– Unload and sort shipments;

– Pre-load shipments into delivery trucks;

– Establish positive relationships with internal customers (dispatchers, colleagues and managers) as well as with external customers;

– Accurately scan shipments, count the number of truck stops and note any special services on charters during loading;

– Comply with all safety standards and pay particular attention to processes as well as quality and operational standards;

– Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

– Ability to lift up to 70 lbs alone;

– Experience working in a warehouse is an asset;

– Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with tight deadlines.

Experience:

• warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
