What is the job?
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts..
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
What you bring to the job?
· Commitment to complete all onboarding paperwork and i-9 ·
- Able to present HSD/GED/Associate Degree
- Able to pass Background check and Drug screen
- Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Must have Intermediate Microsoft Office skill level or better in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
