Production Operators-Direct Hire Opportunities!

Manpower is partnering with Fil-Tec, a leader in the technical fiber industry, to hire Production Operators at their Cavetown facility. This is a direct hire opportunity!

In your role as a Production Operator, you will be operating and monitoring equipment used in manufacturing innovative, technical fibers that are used at home, work and play.

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting up and maintaining equipment to manufacture products that meet customer specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
• Working with small fibers/yarns.
• Documenting production information in computerized systems.
• Performing quality control tasks to ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
